Neutral Base Slush Syrup 4x5Ltrs

Neutral Base is a base concentrate you’ll require if you wish to make your own slush or frozen cocktail drinks.

It has no flavour or colour but the correct sugar levels to allow your slush drink or cocktail recipe to freeze correctly in your slush machine.

Making your own flavour slushies or cocktail without a Neutral Base presents the risk of the product overfreezing and damaging your slush machine gearbox motors.

Our Neutral Base slush syrup has a ratio of 6 to 1. This may vary depending on the drink you are preparing so we recommend doing a batch test initially.

Neutral base is popular in bars (cocktail making) and ice cream vans, or sites where space is tight. You can then have a smaller machine and flavour the product in the cup if required.
