Slush Machine Return to Base Warranty

If you experience an issue with your slush machine, we're here to help and will ensure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.


We offer 2 seperate warranty support packages on our slush machine range;

Sencotel range - 12 months on-site parts and labour warranty

Italian range - 12 month return to base warranty


Receiving delivery of your slush machine

In the event that the slush machine has arrived with a fault the only course of action will be repair or replace at our discretion. In this instance, we must be informed of the fault within five working days of the delivery and we will take care of the shipping fees and arrangements for the Slush Machine to be collected, repaired and returned within 7 working days


Please retain the packing box and mini pallet the machine arrived in and on, which will allow for easy packing when transit back to us is neccessary.


Issues experienced after 5 days

1. Call us on 01484 662084 to report the fault or issue

2. We will attempt to resolve the problem over the phone. 80% of issues are resolved at this stage

3. For issues diagnosed that are covered under the warranty, we will dispatch any replacement parts required within 3 working days of diagnosis and talk you through how to replace them (subject to stock levels)

4. For more serious issues that requires the slush machine to be returned to our workshop, the customer is required to securely pack and return the machine to us. We recommend you select an appropriate insurance which the courier will offer.

5. Upon receipt of the slush machine, we will conduct a repair in our workshop, pack and dispatch back to you at our cost, within 7 working days. 


Warranty inclusions

The warranty covers issues caused by manufacturing defects such as;

1. Switches

2. Electronics

3. Condenser

4. Control Board

5. Freezing Cylinders & Coils


Warranty exclusions

1. Wear & tear items such as seals, gearbox motors and plastic replacement parts, e.g. handles, seals and spirals.

2. Compressor

3. Breakages due to heavy handed use or misuse. For example, cracks to the machine body and frame.

4. Machine issues caused by failure to leave sufficient airflow space at either side of the slush machine. 15cm is required.

5. Poor maintenance and lack of cleaning. Refer to the manual or website for cleaning instructions.

6. Substandard product usage** (i.e. not using our slush supplies). 

7. Customers with invoice payments overdue.




** Buying slush syrup on the cheap can be false economy. Our syrups are manufactured to the highest standards using premium grade ingredients and the correct amount of real sugar. Cheap, substandard syrups can cause damage to your slush machine and motor gearbox. Sugar is an expensive commodity but ensures the slush mix does not put undue duress on motor gearboxes, it creates a soft product. Sweeteners and synthetic sugar based products present the risk of your mix over-freezing and over time can damage your motor gearbox. Your warranty does NOT cover such eventualities. Learn more.
